摘要

通过对典型案例的分析,提出加强基层环境应急能力建设的重要性,并通过对目前本市基层环境应急现状的分析,提出做好乡镇环境应急应对的合理建议。
        Through the analysis of typical cases,this paper puts forward the importance of strengthening grass-roots environmental emergency response capacity building.Through the analysis of the current situation of grass-roots environmental emergency response in Changzhi city,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for environmental emergency response in villages and towns.
