高层建筑泵管清洗水回收系统工程应用

摘要
烟台利群广场项目以泵管清洗水形成闭环为思路,采用搭设两路泵管,通过集水漏斗进行两路泵管的连接,形成泵管清洗水回收系统,将泵管清洗水有组织的引流至地面,实现泵管清洗水的回收利用,节约水资源同时,减少了污水的排放,符合绿色施工要求。且泵管清洗水回收系统的应用,改变了传统清洗水任意排放的施工做法,避免了传统施工做法产生泵管清洗水对楼层及楼周边防护网污染,节省了因此增加的人工清理费用,提升了项目的形象。
Yantai Liqun Square project forms a closed loop of water for cleaning the pump tube as a direction of thinking,set up two rows of pump tubes,which are connected by a water collecting funnel,forming a system for recycling water for cleaning pump tubes. Drainage to the ground,to achieve the recycling of water for cleaning pump tubes,save water resources,reduce sewage emissions,in line with green construction requirements. Moreover,the application of the system for recycling water for cleaning concrete pumping pipes changes the construction practice of the traditional cleaning water discharge,avoiding the pollution caused by the traditional construction practice of the water for cleaning pump tubes on the floor and the surrounding perimeter protection net,thereby saving the increased manual cleaning cost and improving the image of the project.
