自贸区(港)建设视域下海洋体育产业发展研究——以海南省为例

摘要
海洋体育产业是以海洋体育为价值链核心的经济活动总和,蕴含着巨大的商业潜力。海南海洋体育产业发展模式及产品缺乏创新,海洋体育旅游管理体制及旅游产品体系不健全,海洋体育旅游与民俗文化脱节。在当前世界海洋体育产业蓬勃发展以及海南自贸区建设的背景下,海南海洋体育产业方兴未艾。海南可妥善借鉴国内外经验,采取建立政府各职能部门的协作机制、优化海洋体育产业生态布局、深化相关产业研究、精简离岸赛事审批和人员出入境管理机制、创新人才培养模式、加强宣传力度与合作广度等措施发展具有自贸区(港)特色的海洋体育产业。
Marine sports industry is the sum of economic activities with marine sports as the core of the value chain,which contains huge commercial potential. The development model and products of Hainan's marine sports industry are lack of innovation,the management system and product system of marine sports tourism are not perfect,and the marine sports tourism is out of touch with folk culture. Under the background of the vigorous development of world marine sports industry and the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone,Hainan marine sports industry is in the ascendant. Hainan can draw lessons from the experience at home and abroad,and take measures to develop itself,such as establishing the cooperation mechanism of various government departments,optimizing the ecological layout of marine sports industry,deepening the research on related industries,streamlining the examination and approval of offshore competitions and personnel entry-exit management mechanism,innovating personnel training mode,strengthening publicity and cooperation breadth,etc. Marine Sports Industry with Trade Zone( Port) Characteristics.
