摘要
煤矿远离城区,多数以燃煤锅炉为供热热源。为响应国家和宁夏的环保政策,20蒸吨及以上建成在用燃煤锅炉必须完成脱硫脱硝除尘改造。矿区供热锅炉环保设施技术改造多采用高效低压脉冲布袋除尘器、湿法氧化镁脱硫工艺以及炉内选择性非催化剂(SNCR)脱硝工艺,并安装DCS分散集中自控系统,实现燃煤锅炉达标排放。
        Coal mines are far away from urban areas, and most of them use coal-fired boilers as heat sources. In response to the national and Ningxia environmental protection policies, 20 steam tons and above must be completed in the use of coal-fired boilers must be completed desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal. The technical transformation of the environmental protection facilities of the heating boilers in the mining area adopts high-efficiency low-pressure pulse bag filter, wet magnesia desulfurization process and furnace selective non-catalyst(SNCR) denitration process, and installs DCS dispersion centralized automatic control system to achieve the discharge of coal-fired boilers.
