羊肚菌胞内多糖对小鼠运动心肌损伤的影响

摘要
探究羊肚菌胞内多糖对小鼠运动心肌损伤的影响。选择100只患有运动心肌损伤的小鼠作为研究对象,将其划分为A组和B组,对A组投喂安慰剂,对B组投喂多糖肠溶胶丸,在羊肚菌胞内多糖浓度为20%、40%、80%的情况下观察小鼠心肌损伤恢复蛋白T浓度与心肌损伤恢复率的变化。结果表明:当羊肚菌胞内多糖浓度为20%时,B组小鼠心肌损伤恢复率为23.26%;当羊肚菌胞内多糖浓度为40%时,B组小鼠心肌损伤恢复率为45.21%;当羊肚菌胞内多糖浓度为80%时,B组小鼠心肌损伤恢复率为68. 94%。随着投喂羊肚菌胞内多糖胶囊浓度的增加,B组小鼠心肌损伤恢复率越来越大,对小鼠运动心肌损伤恢复的促进作用也随之增大。
        To investigate the effects of intracellular polysaccharides of Morchella esculenta on myocardial injury induced by exercise in mice. 100 mice with exercise-induced myocardial injury were divided into group A and group B. Placebo was given to group A and polysaccharide enteric-coated pills were given to group B. The changes of myocardial injury recovery protein T concentration and myocardial injury recovery rate were observed when the intracellular polysaccharide concentration of M. esculenta was 20%, 40% and 80%. When the concentration of intracellular polysaccharide of M. esculenta was 20%, the recovery rate of myocardial injury in group B was 23.26%, when the concentration of intracellular polysaccharide of M. esculenta was 40%, the recovery rate of myocardial injury in group B was 45.21%; when the concentration of intracellular polysaccharide of M. esculenta was 80%, the recovery rate of myocardial injury in group B was 68. 94%. With the increase of intracellular polysaccharide capsule concentration of M. esculenta, the recovery rate of myocardial injury in group B mice is getting higher and higher, and the promoting effect on the recovery of exercise myocardial injury in mice is also increasing.
