摘要
在建筑行业转型升级的过程中,如何应用BIM技术提高施工管理效率是当前研究的热点。本文通过总结传统房建工程施工管理现状,对比分析二维平面设计和三维实体建模的主要区别,以某住宅楼主体工程施工为例,运用BIM5D技术对工程进行三维建模、施工模拟、进度管控及资源优化。结果表明,应用BIM5D技术缩短了9%的建设工期,能有效提高管理效率,为施工动态管理提供理论依据和技术支持。
In the process of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,how to apply BIM technology to improve construction management efficiency is a hot topic in current research. By summarizing the management situation of traditional building construction,the paper compares and analyzes the main differences between 2 D graphic design and 3D solid modeling,takes the construction of a residential building as an example,uses the BIM5D technology for engineering in 3D modeling,construction simulation,schedule control and resource optimization. The results show that the application of BIM5D technology shortens the construction period by 9%,effectively improves management efficiency,and provides theoretical basis and technical support for the dynamic management of engineering construction.
