摘要
为探讨灌浆期淹水对小麦胚乳淀粉粒度分布的影响,以烟农19和偃展4110为材料,于籽粒灌浆期进行淹水处理,分析其对小麦胚乳淀粉粒分布的影响.结果表明,灌浆期淹水显著降低小麦籽粒粒重、淀粉含量与积累量.与对照相比,灌浆期淹水显著降低小麦籽粒B型(<10μm)淀粉粒体积百分比,增加A型(>10μm)淀粉粒体积百分比,进一步分析,淹水显著降低B型淀粉粒中5-10μm淀粉粒组与A型淀粉粒中>22μm淀粉粒组体积百分比,可见灌浆期淹水不利于B、A型淀粉粒个体体积的增大.灌浆期淹水对籽粒B、A型淀粉粒数目百分比无显著影响,但显著降低B型淀粉粒中<0.52μm淀粉粒数目百分比.可见淹水不利于小淀粉粒的产生以及淀粉粒个体体积的增大与数目的增加.
        To understand the the effect of waterlogging on the starch size distribution of wheat endosperm during the filling stage,two wheat cultivars(Yannong19 and Yanzhan4110)were used as materials to investigate the effects of waterlogging on wheat starch granule distribution during the grain-filling period in waterlogging treatment of wheat during the whole grain filling.The results showed that waterlogging during grain filling significantly reduced wheat grain weight,starch content and accumulation.Compared with the control,it significantly reduced the percentage of wheat grain B(< 10μm)starch granules and increased the type A(>10μm)starch granule volume percentage.Among them,the percentage of the 5-10μm starch granules in the B-type starch granules and the>22μm starch granules in the type A starch granules were significantly reduced.It can be seen that the flooding during the filling stage is not conducive to the increase of the individual volume of the B and A type starch granules.There was no significant effect on the percentage of wheat grain B and A starch granules,but significantly reduced the percentage of starch granules<0.52μm in B-type starch granules.It can be seen that waterlogging is not conducive to the production of small starch granules and the increase and increase of the individual volume of starch granules.
