京津冀产业结构与生态环境交互耦合关系的定量测度

摘要
以京津冀区域13个城市为研究对象,构建了产业结构与生态环境的耦合系统综合评价指标体系,结合CRITIC赋权法和耦合协调度模型分析了2007~2016年该区域各市产业结构与生态环境的耦合协调度变化及其时空演变特征。结果表明:京津冀区域产业结构指数均有不同程度增长,但北京以绝对优势保持领先;生态环境指数略有波动,区域间差异不大;产业结构与生态环境耦合协调度稳步增长,但河北大部分城市还处于低度协调状态。最后从河北着力调整产业结构、津冀合作共赢和京津冀协同发展等方面提出建议。
        This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the coupling system of industrial structure and ecological environment by taking 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the object. And then, it analyzes the change process and temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of each city in the region, from 2007 to 2016 by combining the CRITIC weighting method and the coupling coordination degree model. Results show that the industrial structure comprehensive index of each city in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has increased to varying degrees, and Beijing has maintained its leading position with absolute advantage; the eco-environmental composite index fluctuated slightly, with little difference between regions; the coupling degree of industrial structure and ecological environment has increased steadily, but most cities in Hebei are still in a low degree of coordination. Finally, it puts forward suggestions from Hebei to adjust the industrial structure, Tianjin and Hebei cooperation win-win and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.
