摘要

随着建设项目竣工环保验收改革的推进,建设单位已经由最初的"被动监管"式朝着"主动开展"验收转变。本文在分析建设项目竣工验收环保自主验收相关规定的基础上,分析了自主验收的现实意义,并针对当前建设项目竣工环保自主验收存在的问题,有针对性地提出对策,以进一步做好建设项目竣工环保自主验收工作。
        With the promotion of the reform of environmental protection acceptance after the completion of construction projects, the construction units have changed from the initial "passive supervision" to "initiative development" acceptance. Based on the analysis of the relevant regulations of environmental independent acceptance for completion acceptance of construction projects, this paper analyses the practical significance of independent acceptance, and puts forward some countermeasures aiming at the existing problems of environmental independent acceptance for completion of construction projects, so as to further improve the work of environmental independent acceptance for completion of construction projects.
