摘要
为进一步研究中厚煤层沿空留巷采场关键块的断裂特征以及充填体的变形规律,以山西省某矿5210工作面为工程背景,分析基本顶大跨距断裂的机理和特征,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟分析,推导出充填体静载荷的计算公式。系统比较基本顶大跨距断裂下不同强度、宽度充填体的变形规律,合理确定充填体的参数。将研究成果运用到现场,围岩控制效果良好,进一步证明了充填体参数的合理性。最终确定工业性矿井充填体的参数为强度12 MPa,宽度1.2 m。
        In order to further study the fracture characteristics of critical rock block in the gob-side entry retaining and the deformation rule of the filling wall in the medium thick coal seam, the 5210 working face of one mine in Shanxi to be the background of the project. The mechanism and characteristics of large span fracture of main roof are analyzed. Comprehensive application of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis, and the formulas for calculating the static load of filling wall are derived.The system comparison on the deformation law of the filling wall with different strength and width under the large span fracture of main roof, and the parameters of the filling wall are reasonably determined. Apply the research to the scene and the good control effect of surrounding rock, it is further reasonable proved that the parameters of the filling wall. It is finally determined that the parameters of the industrial mine filling wall with strength 12 MPa, and the width is 1.2 m.
