摘要
本文分析了影响铝土矿山采空区塌陷的主要因素,即矿块的长宽高、顶底柱及矿柱的留设尺寸及间距、爆破震动、开采深度、采场所处地质条件及围岩性质等。基于这些影响因素提出关于铝土矿山顶板管理方法和防止采空塌陷的控制措施,并通过PFC3D颗粒流软件对采空区稳定情况进行数值模拟和验证,最终提出关于铝土矿山顶板难以控制的解决方法,对国内相似矿山提供一定的指导意义。
This paper analyses the main factors affecting the collapse of goaf in bauxite mine, such as length and width of ore block, dimension and spacing of roof and floor pillars and pillars, blasting vibration, mining depth, geological conditions of mining site and properties of surrounding rock. Based on these factors, the paper puts forward the methods of roof management and control measures to prevent Goaf Collapse in bauxite mines, and simulates and verifies the stability of goaf by PFC3 D particle flow software. Finally, the paper puts forward the solution to the problem that the roof of bauxite mines is difficult to control, which provides some guidance for similar mines in China.
