摘要

以某矿主要提煤系统为例,针对大倾角强力皮带运输机存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的优化改进措施。实践表明优化后的皮带运输机在煤矿中的应用更加广泛,效率更高,安全性更强。
        Taking the main coal lifting system of a certain mine as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the strong belt conveyor with large inclination angle, and puts forward the concrete optimization and improvement measures. The practice shows that the optimized belt conveyor is more widely used in coal mine with higher efficiency and stronger security.
