长三角地区海洋渔业产业结构与优化分析——基于偏离-份额分析模型

摘要
运用偏离份额模型,以全国为参考大区,分析了2011-2015年长江三角洲海洋渔业的份额分量N、竞争力偏离分量P、结构偏离分量D。研究结果表明,作为地理位置优越,海洋资源丰富的长三角海洋渔业处于结构演进的"一、三、二"发展阶段:第一产业比重较大,有较大竞争优势;第二产业比重较低,缺乏竞争力;第三产业发展缓慢,需深度挖掘。根据上述问题,建议通过加强生态保护,深化第一产业发展,大力发展二三产业,加快实现海洋渔业结构升级,增强三产之间发展的协调性,提高海洋渔业产业高度化水平。
        Using the deviation-share model and using the whole country as a reference area, this paper analyzed the share component N, the competitiveness deviation component P, and the structural deviation component D of marine fisheries in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2015. The research results show that the marine fishery in the Yangtze River Delta, which is geographically superior and rich in marine resources, is in the "first, third and the second" development stage of structural evolution.The primary industry has a larger proportion and has greater competitive advantages; the secondary industry has a lower proportion and lacks competitiveness; the tertiary industry develops slow and needs deep excavation. Based on the above issues, it is recommended to strengthen ecological protection, deepen the development of the primary industry, vigorously develop the secondary and the tertiary industries, accelerate the upgrading of the marine fishery structure, enhance the coordination of development of the tertiary industry, and improve the high level of marine fishery industry.
