摘要
为了在测量数据的处理、测定结果的表达和测量结果质量评定等方面与国际接轨,根据测量不确定度评定和表示(GB/T 27418-2017),食品安全国家标准食品中展青霉素的测定(GB 5009.185-2016)中第二法高效液相色谱法测定展青霉素含量的不确定度的测定和评定,分析了使用外标法单点定标测定样品的不确定度计算方法和步骤,建立了高效液相色谱法测定方法的评定方式。通过对测量结果的不确定度评定,了解了测定过程中不确定度的主要来源,从而对在检测过程中易产生不确定度的环节加以重视,确保检验结果的可靠性。
In order to be in line with international standards in the processing of measurement data, the expression of measurement results and the quality evaluation of measurement results, the uncertainty of determination of paeonillin in food safety national standard GB5009.185-2016 by second-method high performance liquid chromatography was determined and evaluated according to the evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty(GB/T 27418-2017).The uncertainty of determination of paeonillin in food safety national standard GB 5009.185-2016 was analyzed.The methods and steps of calculating the uncertainty of single-point calibration of samples by external standard method were used to establish the evaluation method of high performance liquid chromatography method. By evaluating the uncertainty of measurement results, the main sources of uncertainty in the determination process were understood, and the links that easily produce uncertainty in the detection process were paid attention to, so as to ensure the reliability of the test results.
