摘要
地震传感器测试是一项精细而严谨的工作,测试结果对地震采集装备的数据采集能力与效果有很大影响。当前的测试方法主要是通过同标准传感器对比相同测试条件下的测试参数,并限定合格基准来保证所测传感器的品质与一致性。这种方法从结果上能够过滤不合格品,但测试过程中局限于传感器个体之间的比较,对于同批次传感器的整体一致性,缺乏定量控制的手段,也无法明确生产工艺是否需要改进。本文从面向野外生产应用的角度出发,运用质量数据分析方法,通过直方图直观体现同一批次传感器测试参数的分布范围与集中区域,并通过计算工序能力指数及不合格率定量分析其一致性,进而推断供应厂商的生产工艺能力。根据传感器测试数据对其做一致性定量分析使得传感器测试结论更有说服力,择优筛选时有更为客观精确的依据,也是对测试系统的进一步完善。
Seismic sensor testing is a delicate and rigorous work,and its test results have a great impact on the data acquisition ability and effect of the seismic acquisition equipment. The current testing methods mainly compare the test parameters under the same test conditions with standard sensors,and limit qualified benchmarks to ensure the quality and consistency of the sensors tested.This method can filter the unqualified products from the results,but the test process is restricted to the comparison between the individual sensors. There is no quantitative control means of the overall consistency of the same batch of sensors,and it is not clear whether the production process needs to be improved. From the point of view of field production application,this paper uses the method of quality data analysis:visually reflecting the distribution range and concentration area of sensor test parameters in the same batch by histogram,and quantitatively analyzing the consistency by calculating process capability index and unqualified rate. And then we could infer the production process capability of suppliers. Quantitative analysis of the consistency of sensor test data makes the sensor test conclusion more convincing,and it provides more objective and accurate basis for selecting the best. That is also a further improvement of the test system.
