摘要
鉴于引调水工程可显著提高平原河网水资源水环境的承载能力,针对温州市主城区平原河网水系特点,以瓯江干流为调水水源、以区域引排工程为手段,构建其水动力水质联合调控模型,在分析引水水质及污染物入河量的基础上,同时考虑目标流速和目标水质两个因子,确定研究区所需引水规模为30m3/s,为研究区调水引流方案提供了支撑。
        In view of the fact that water diversion project can significantly improve the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment of plain river network.According to the characteristics of the plain river network system in Wenzhou City,the hydrodynamic and water quality united-control model was established by taking the main tributary of Oujiang as the water distribution source and the regional diversion and drainage engineer as the method.On the basis of analyzing the quality of diversion water and the amount of pollutants flowing into the river,and considering the two factors of target velocity and target water quality,the scale of water diversion needed in the study area is 30 m3/s.Thus,it provides basis for water diversion planning in the study area.
