摘要

黄河是黄河河口地区的唯一客水来源。在黄河水资源严格调度中,存在严重的上下游水量不平衡。经调查,不平衡的主要因素是滩区引水。
        The Yellow River is the only source of guest water in the Yellow River estuary.In the strict regulation of water resources of the Yellow River,there is serious water imbalance between upstream and downstream.After investigation,the main factor of imbalance is the diversion of water from the beach area.
