做好第二次全国污染源普查质量管理的措施和方法研究

摘要
第二次全国污染源普查是重大的国情调查,是环境保护的基础性工作。通过参与普查工作,总结了通过普查人员管理、利用大数据理念引领污染源普查、重视普查试点工作、做好普查档案管理等多重手段,实现污染源普查质量全过程控制。
The second national survey of pollution sources is a major national situation investigation and is the basic work of environmental protection. Through participation in the census work, it summed up the multiple measures such as census personnel management, using the big data concept to lead the general survey of pollution sources, attaching importance to the census pilot work, and doing a good job of census file management, so as to realize the whole process control of pollution source census quality.
