摘要
目的掌握上海市奉贤区白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性情况,为采取有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸液法进行生物测定。结果白纹伊蚊幼虫自然种群对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为10. 89和34. 5倍,属于中抗水平;对氯菊酯、双硫磷抗性倍数分别为5. 25和9. 06倍,属于低抗水平;对残杀威的抗性倍数最低,为1. 49倍,属于敏感水平。结论奉贤区白纹伊蚊自然种群幼虫对部分常用杀虫剂已产生抗药性,应交替使用残杀威、氯菊酯、双硫磷等杀虫剂,减少高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的使用剂量和频次。
Objective To understand the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to commonly used insecticides in Fengxian District of Shanghai,and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods Larvae dipping method was adopted for the test. Results Compared with the susceptible strain,Aedes albopictus larvae in Fenxian District developed 10. 89,34. 50,5. 25,9. 06 and 1. 49 folds resistance to cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin,parathion and propoxur. Conclusion The natural population of Aedes albopictus in Fengxian District has been resistant to some commonly used insecticides.
