电线电缆用聚氯乙烯的氙灯加速老化性能研究

摘要
文中采用氙灯模拟太阳光对电线电缆用PVC材料分别进行了0h、500h、1000h、2000h、3000h和4000h加速老化试验,考察了氙灯人工气候老化对电线电缆用PVC材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,电线电缆用PVC的力学性能、热稳定时间、体积电阻率和质量损失等均发生显著变化,但介电强度和阻燃性能则无明显改变。
        The accelerated aging tests of PVC materials for wires and cables were carried out for 0 h, 500 h, 1000 h, 2000 h, 3000 h and 4000 h using xenon lamp simulated sunlight. The effects of xenon lamp artificial climate aging on the properties of PVC materials for wires and cables were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties, thermal stability time, volume resistivity and mass loss of PVC for wire and cable changed significantly with aging time, but the dielectric strength and flame retardancy did not change significantly.
