随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平获得提升,人们对于生活品质提高了关注度,然而生产生活与环境有着紧密的关系,环境问题现已成了我国乃至全世界关注的一大问题。环境监测是环境保护的主要构成部分,会对环境管理的整个过程形成影响,提升监测质量是保证环境监测工作取得成效的重要策略,环境监测管理同样也是实施环境监督和构建环境保护规范制度的依据。
