摘要
锆英砂作为生产氧氯化锆的原料,含有大量伴生的钪、稀土、铀和钍等稀有稀散金属。在生产氧氯化锆过程中会产生大量稀碱液和硅渣,这些资源如果没有得到合理利用,会对环境造成污染,并且还会造成资源的极大浪费。本文在对锆的提取工艺以及锆矿资源综合利用现状进行分析的基础上,介绍了目前我国企业为实现锆矿资源的高效利用,对锆矿资源开发环境友好技术的集成与创新。
Zircon sand is used as raw material for producing zirconium oxychloride, which contains a large number of rare and associated metals such as scandium, rare earth, uranium and thorium and so on. A large amount of dilute alkali liquor and silicon slag will be produced in the production of zirconium oxychloride. These resources will pollute the environment and cause enormous waste of resources if the resources are not rationally utilized. Based on the analysis of the extraction process of zirconium and the current situation of comprehensive utilization of zirconium resources, this paper introduces the integration and innovation of the environmentfriendly technology for zirconium resources development in China's enterprises to achieve efficient utilization of zirconium resources.
