摘要

空间规划改革背景下,县域乡村建设规划在规划引领中的分级导控与规划衔接作用愈发重要,县域乡村建设规划是规划传导与规划引领的重要一环。文章梳理了广州市县域乡村建设规划编制探索过程,重点从分类发展引导、分区空间管控、支撑体系建构、风貌分区指引等方面归结了县域乡村建设规划的核心管控内容,并针对需要破解的重点问题提供了具体的规划策略引导。
        Under the background of spatial planning reform, the county-level rural construction planning is becoming more and more important in the planning and guidance of the hierarchical guidance and control and planning, and an important part of county-level rural construction planning and planning transmission.This paper sorts out the exploration process of county-level rural construction planning in Guangzhou, focuses on the core management and control contents of county-level rural construction planning from the aspects of classification development guidance, partition space management and control, supporting system construction, and landscape zoning guidance. Finally, this paper put forward specific planning strategy guidance for important issues requiring to be solved.
