异亮氨酸对鱼类非特异性免疫功能影响的研究进展

摘要
异亮氨酸是鱼类的必需氨基酸,能增强鳃和肠道的物理屏障功能以及吞噬细胞的吞噬和杀菌能力,提高非特异性免疫因子的活性,促进抗炎因子表达,抑制促炎因子表达,发挥抗炎作用,进而增强非特异性免疫功能。本文就异亮氨酸对鱼类非特异性免疫功能的影响做一简要综述。
        Isoleucine is an essential amino acid for fish,which can through enhancing the physical barrier function of gill and intestine,phagocytosis and bactericidal activity of phagocytes,increasing non-specific immune factor activities,promoting the expression of anti-inflammatory factors,inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory factors and playing an anti-inflammatory role to strengthen non-specific immune function. This article mainly aimed to reviewthe effects of isoleucine on non-specific immune function of fish.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(7):3023-3030]
