摘要
文章阐述了某沿海滩涂风电场项目风机PHC桩基础的设计方案,并对单桩抗压、抗拔承载力进行了验算,计算结果表明,单桩抗压、抗拔承载力满足要求。针对PHC桩沉桩过程中遇到的问题,提出了处理方案,包括补PHC桩、补灌注桩、加强填芯。详细分析了处理方案的合理性,补桩偏向承台一侧造成群桩形心偏移引起群桩的内力重分布,并对单桩抗压、抗拔承载力重新进行了验算,结果表明,单桩抗压、抗拔承载力仍满足要求。同时,文章还提出了在桩基持力层选择3-2层粉砂层条件下,采用单节桩、增加桩数的处理方案,实践表明该方案有一定可行性,但需注意其适用条件。
        This article expounds the design scheme on PHC pile foundation of wind turbine in a coastal shoal wind farm. The compressive and uplift capacity of single pile has been checked and the calculation results show that they meet the requirements of relevant standards. Aiming at solving the problems during pile driving, some treatment schemes have been put forward, including increasing PHC pile and cast-in-situ pile, and enhancing core filling. This article analyzes both the rationality of the treatment schemes in detail and the redistribution of internal forces of pile group which is caused by the centroid offset due to the supplementary piles have deflected to one side of the pile cap.Compressive and uplift capacity of single pile has been checked and meets the requirements as before. Meanwhile,under the condition of choosing 3-2 silty sand layer as the bearing layer, the scheme of adopting single segment pile and increasing the number of piles has been proposed. The practice shows that the scheme is feasible to some extent and the applicable condition should be paid attention to.
