关于中国政治经济学研究的几个基本理论问题
摘要
新中国成立70年来,中国经济发展取得了历史性的巨大成就,这离不开马克思主义政治经济学原理及其应用,更离不开中国社会主义革命和建设的制度根基。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,更需要我们不断创新马克思经济学的理论和方法,正确分析解决当前中国经济发展面临的问题:不断发展和完善社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度和基本分配制度,保障中国社会主义的发展方向和经济社会的持续健康发展;完善社会主义市场经济的基本调节制度,更好发挥国家发展规划的战略导向作用,保障经济的持续稳定协调发展;在扩大开放中要始终坚持对等开放制度,保障国家的整体利益和人民利益、经济安全和制度安全;坚持用发展变化眼光看待社会主义发展的阶段性,保障中国特色社会主义不断向更高阶段转变。
China has made historical significant achievements in the 70 years since the founding of New China,which is inseparable from the application of principles of Marxist political economics and the institutional foundation of China's socialist revolution and construction. As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, it is more necessary for us to constantly innovate the theories and methods of Marxist economics and correctly analyze and solve the problems facing China's current economic development; continuously develop and improve the basic economic system and basic distribution system in the primary stage of socialism, and guarantee the development direction of China's socialism and the sustained and healthy economic and social development;improve the basic adjustment system of the socialist market economy and give full play to the strategic guiding role of the national development plan to ensure the sustained, stable and coordinated development of the economy;always adhere to the reciprocal opening system to guarantee the overall interests of the country, people's interests,economic security and system security; and adhere to looking at the stages of socialist development from a developmental perspective to guarantee the continuous transformation of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a higher stage.
