摘要
【目的】为进一步揭示粘红酵母菌剂菌肥作用机理提供基础。【方法】测量花生种植过程出苗率、株高、植株湿重和果实干重等考察粘红酵母菌剂对花生农艺性状的影响,利用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术分析粘红酵母菌剂对花生土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的影响。【结果】粘红酵母菌剂对花生种植种子出苗率、幼苗株高、成熟果实质量等重要农艺性状有促进作用,可提高花生产量;施用粘红酵母菌剂可使土壤中细菌群落结构和多样性发生变化,可提高细菌群落的丰富度和均匀度,可较显著增强具有离子耦合转运的预测功能。【结论】粘红酵母菌剂对花生种植及土壤细菌群落有积极作用。
        【Objective】To investigate the effects of Rhodotorula glutinis on the main agronomic traits of peanut growth and soil bacterial community,providing a basis for further study of its mechanism.【Methods】The emergence rate,height,wet weight and dry weight of peanut were measured to investigate the effects of R.glutinis on peanut planting.Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was applied to analyze the effects of R.glutinis on the soil bacterial community.【Results】The results showed that the R.glutinis could improve the yield of peanut by increasing its seedling emergence rate,plant height,plant fresh weight and fruit dry weight.The application of R.glutinis can improve the soil bacterial community structure by increasing the diversity and uniformity of bacterial communities.R.glutinis can significantly impove the predictive function of ion-coupled transportation.【Conclusion】R.glutinis has a positive effect on peanut planting and soil bacterial community.
