小儿单纯性与复杂性热性惊厥临床特点及脑电图分析

摘要
目的分析不同性质小儿热性惊厥(FC)患儿的临床特点及脑电图表现。方法选取2016年1月~2018年5月期间我院儿科住院部收治的81例小儿热性惊厥者作为观察对象,并根据基本性质不同分为单纯性FC(SFC)组(43例),以及复杂性FC(CFC)组(38例),所有患儿行脑电图检查,比较SFC、CFC患儿惊厥发作时临床特点,同时观察两组患儿脑电图情况。结果 CFC组较SFC组患儿发作时体温低、发作次数多、持续时间长,P <0.05;CFC组异常脑电、临界脑电为26.3%、34.2%高于SFC组11.6%、20.9%,P <0.05。结论小儿FC患者发作时会造成不同程度的脑损伤,其中SFC者脑电图异常率较低,脑损伤轻微,而CFC患儿脑电图异常率高,脑损伤较严重,临床需要及时积极给予神经功能保护、预防治疗。
        Objective To analyze the characteristics and electroencephalogram analysis of simple and complex febrile convulsion(FC) in children. Methods 81 children with febrile convulsion who were admitted and treated in pediatric inpatient department in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different basic properties,they were divided into simple FC(SFC) group and complex FC(CFC) group,with38 cases in each group.All children were examined by electroencephalogram(EEG).The clinical characteristics of convulsion in SFC and CFC children were compared,and the EEG results of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with children in the SFC group, children in the CFC group had lower body temperature,more seizures and longer duration,P < 0.05.The abnormal EEG and critical EEG in the CFC group were 26.3% and 34.2% higher than those in the SFC group(11.6%,20.9%),P < 0.05. Conclusion Children with FC can cause different degrees of brain damage during seizures.Among them,SFC patients have lower EEG abnormalities and mild brain damage,but the abnormal rate of EEG in children with CFC is high and brain damage is serious.Clinically,it is necessary to give active protection and preventive treatment to neurological function in time.
