摘要
本文采用离子交换法处理含铬(VI)废水。实验结果表明,离子交换法处理含铬废水的最佳条件为:废水pH为4、交换时间为60min、交换温度为45℃、树脂投加量为0.9g。在此条件下,可使50mL废水中铬(VI)浓度由50mg/L降至0.02mg/L,达到了污水综合排放标准。
In this paper,the wastewater containing chromium(Ⅵ)was treated with ion exchange method.The experiment results indicate the optimum conditions of ion exchange were:the pH of the wastewater was 4,the exchange time was 60 min,the exchange temperature was 45℃,the dosage of resin was 0.9 g.Under these conditions,the concentration of chromium(Ⅵ)in 50 mL simulated wastewater was reduced from 50 mg/L to 0.02 mg/L,and reached the comprehensive discharge standard of sewage.
