摘要
本文简述了VOCs定义和危害,对比分析国内外各类VOCs治理技术应用状况,分析了两大类共10项VOCs治理技术(冷凝法、吸收法、吸附法、膜分离法、直接燃烧法、热力燃烧法、催化燃烧法、生物降解法、光催化氧化法、等离子体技术)原理、适用条件、优缺点及处理效果。针对石化、印刷、汽车制造、汽车维修、家具制造等典型行业通过实际应用案例效果对比,给出VOCs治理技术选择建议,并分析了VOCs治理技术发展应用趋势。
This paper briefly describes the definition and hazards of VOCs, compares and analyses the application status of various VOCs treatment technologies at home and abroad, and analyses the principles, application conditions, advantages and disadvantages of 10 VOCs treatment technologies(condensation, absorption, adsorption, membrane separation, direct combustion, thermal combustion,catalytic combustion, biodegradation, photocatalytic oxidation, plasma technology) in two categories. And the treatment effect. In view of the typical industries such as petrochemical, printing, automobile manufacturing, automobile maintenance, furniture manufacturing and so on, by comparing the effect of practical application cases, this paper gives some suggestions on the selection of VOCs governance technology, and analyses the development and application trend of VOCs governance technology.
