摘要
松下跨海特大桥为长平高速公路控制性工程,桥位海域海况复杂,位于世界3大风区之一,风大、浪高、水深、流急,大桥1/3处于裸岩区,海床无覆盖层,基岩直接裸露,且岩面倾角大,钢管桩定位及成孔难度大。重点介绍裸岩钢管桩悬打技术、多流向海域钢管桩定位、钢管桩整体联结锚固施工、辅助稳固桩施工等技术,为恶劣海况条件下裸岩区栈桥及平台搭设积累经验。
Songxia cross sea bridge is a controlled project of the Changle to Pingtan highway,the sea conditions of the bridge area are complex. The bridge site is located in the three major wind regions of the world. The wind is large,the waves are high,the water depth is deep,and the flow is urgent. At the same time,1/3 of the bridge is in the bare rock area,the seabed has no overburden,the bedrock is directly exposed,and the dip angle of the rock face is large,and the positioning and hole forming of the steel pipe pile is difficult. This paper mainly introduces the technology of bare rock steel pipe pile suspension,the location of steel pipe pile in multi direction sea area,the integral connection and anchorage construction of steel pipe pile,and the construction of auxiliary steel pipe pile. It has accumulated experience for the construction of bridges and platforms in bare rock areas under adverse sea conditions.
