民国时期山西造林之策的当代启示

摘要
文章简述了民国时期山西的造林规划及保护措施,从地域、荒地、沿途、经济、城市等方面的造林措施加以分析;探讨了生态调适中"人尽其力""地尽其用"的基本精神,以及如何将造林作为可持续发展的环境营造途径,即,不仅因地制宜、循序渐进,同时为百姓生活谋利,还要将根植与保护相协而行,这将具有不可估量的当代价值。
The paper briefly introduces the afforestation planning and forest protection measures in Shanxi Province during the period of the Republic of China,and discusses the fundamental concept of " man does his best" and "earth does all in its use" in ecological adjustment after the analyses of the afforestation measures in terms of regional land,wasteland,road along,economy and cities. Then,it puts forward that afforestation should be taken as the approach to sustainable environment development,i. e.,gradually adjusting measures to adapt to local conditions as well as seeking the benefit for people and integrating planting and protection together. This approach is of immeasurable contemporary value.
