苏南水镇农民城市化的实践机制

摘要
认为农民城市化包括其职业身份的城市化、居住环境的城市化、生活方式的城市化;农民城市化受到工业化和市场经济、政府统筹的制度化保障及农民家庭制度的影响,"三位一体"的城市化发展路径是实现人的城市化的保障。苏南"三位一体"的农民城市化路径,实现了农民职业身份的城市化、居住空间的城市化及家庭发展秩序的良性循环,提高了农民城市化的质量。苏南水镇农民城市化的经验表明,中国地域辽阔,区域间的经济社会发展不平衡,探索新型城镇化道路应因地制宜,避免城市化的激进推进。
This essay points out that the urbanization of peasants includes the urbanization of professional status,the urbanization of living environment and the urbanization of life style. The urbanization of peasants is influenced by industrialization,market economy,the institutionalized guarantee of the government's overall planning,and the peasant family system. The"three-in-one"urbanization development path is the guarantee for realizing urbanization. This essay is concluded that the"three-in-one"peasant urbanization path in southern Jiangsu has realized the virtuous circle of peasants' occupational status urbanization,residential space urbanization and family development order,and improved the quality of peasant urbanization.The experiment from peasants' migration in Southern Jiangsu indicates that China has a vast territory and a wide gap in economic and social development between regions. Therefore,to explore new urbanization roads,it is necessary to adapt to local conditions and avoid radical urbanization
