内蒙古北方生态安全屏障建设研究

摘要
内蒙古是祖国北方生态安全屏障的重要组成部分,对我国北方乃至全国生态安全具有重要的战略意义。本文从生态系统服务功能角度分析了内蒙古北方生态安全屏障作用,包括水源涵养功能、防风固沙功能、生物多样性保护功能、固碳功能、土壤保持功能、食物生产供给功能。鉴于内蒙古生态屏障建设的紧迫性,给出内蒙古生态安全格局图,并提出生态安全屏障建设的思路,以求积极探索"以生态优先、绿色发展"为导向的高质量发展路子,筑牢内蒙古北方生态安全屏障,构筑万里绿色长城。
Inner Mongolia is an important part of the ecological security barrier in the north of china.It is of great strategic significance to the ecological security of north china an even the whole country.This paper analyzes the role of ecological security barrier in north Inner Mongolia from the perspective of ecosystem service function.These include warter conservation,wind protection and sand fixation,biodiversity conservation,carbon sequestration,soil conservation,and food production and supply.In view of the urgency of ecological barrier construction in Inner Mongolia,this paper presents the ecological security pattern of Inner Mongolia,and puts forward the idea of ecological security barrier construction,in order to actively explore the high-quality development route oriented by "Ecological Priority and Green Development".We will build a strong ecological security barrier in northern Inner Mongolia and a great green wall.
