摘要
目前,BIM技术正逐步从建筑行业向市政行业推广应用。BIM技术可为污水厂等复杂工程提供辅助、协调、优化等技术支持,使得工程设计、建造等环节更加经济、高效。以虹桥污水处理厂工程为例,将BIM技术较完整地应用于实施阶段,重点侧重碰撞检查、管线综合、预留预埋孔洞确认等实际应用。BIM技术在提高设计质量、加快施工进度、节约施工成本上发挥很大作用,也为类似大型复杂水厂项目的工程建设和应用积累丰富的经验。
At present, BIM technology is gradually being applied from the construction industry to the municipal industry. BIM technology can provide technical support for assistance, coordination and optimization for complex projects such as sewage plants,making engineering design and construction more economical and efficient. Taking Hongqiao Wastewater Treatment Plant project as an example, the BIM technology is applied more completely to the implementation stage, with emphasis on practical applications such as collision inspection, pipeline integration, and preembedded holes confirmation. BIM technology plays a big role in improving design quality,speeding up construction progress, and saving construction costs. It also has accumulates rich experience for the construction and application of similar large and complex waterworks projects.
