微纳米气泡臭氧水的制备及其对土壤和基质的消毒效果

摘要
为充分发挥臭氧的杀菌消毒作用,以微纳米气泡快速发生装置为核心,结合臭氧发生系统设计加工了微纳米气泡臭氧水消毒设备,研究不同进气量及进水量对臭氧水浓度的影响,并设置不同消毒次数检测其对土壤和基质中的细菌、真菌及放线菌的杀灭效果。结果表明:通过调整进气量和进水量,能够快速制取浓度在2.2~8.0 mg/L的微纳米气泡臭氧水。当臭氧浓度为6 mg/L时,消毒3次后对土壤和基质的微生物杀灭率都超过了50%,其中基质的灭菌效果优于土壤灭菌。臭氧水消毒设备能够快速制取不同臭氧浓度的微纳米气泡臭氧水,在较为复杂的土壤及基质杀菌消毒方面有重要应用前景。
        To give full play to the ozone sterilization effect, taking the rapid micro-nano bubble generator as the core, micro-nano bubble ozone water disinfection equipment was designed combined with ozone generation system and different air inflow and water inflow were set up to study its effect on the concentration of ozone water. The effects of different numbers of disinfection on bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the soil and matrix were also detected. The results showed that the ozone water with a concentration of 2.2 to 8.0 mg/L could be prepared rapidly by adjusting the air intake and water intake.When the concentration of ozone water was 6 mg/L, the microbial killing rate of soil and substrate after 3 times of disinfection exceeded 50%, and the sterilization effect of the substrate was better than that of the soil. Micro-nano bubble ozone water disinfection equipment could quickly produce different concentration of micro-nano bubble ozone water and had important application prospects in the more complex soil and matrix sterilization.
