摘要
针对跨流域梯级水电站群复杂并网运行问题,构建了考虑电网输电断面限制的水电站群耗水量最小模型,提出耦合逐步优化、离散微分动态规划、逐次逼近的多维搜索算法,实现了在时间、电站、可行域多维度降维搜索和高效求解,采用多级断面校核修正策略,保证了各时段电站出力满足输电安全要求。以澜沧江和金沙江梯级水电站发电调度为例进行验证,结果表明,该方法可以快速得到满足电网安全约束的发电计划,与常规调度方式相比,有效降低了发电耗水,提高了水能利用效率。
In view of the generation operation of trans-basin hydropower plants considering complex power network, an optimization model with the objective of minimizing water consumption is developed for the operations of trans-basin hydropower plants, which takes into account the operation constraints of transmission capacity. A multi-dimensional search method integrating progressive optimality algorithm, discrete differential dynamic programming and successive approximation is proposed to solve the model. This method is able to reduce time dimension, plant dimension and state dimension, simultaneously.Moreover, a strategy of multi-level checking and correcting strategy is also proposed to satisfy the security requirements. The proposed method is verified by the operation of hydropower plants located on Lancang River and Jinsha River. The results show that this method can efficiently produce reasonable operation schedules that satisfy transmission capacity limitations. Compared to conventional methods, it can reduce water consumption for same generation production.
