UO_2-Gd_2O_3芯块制造中添加阿克蜡的工艺条件及实验验证

摘要
提出了在UO_2-Gd_2O_3芯块制造中,采用阿克蜡(Acrawax C,AKL)代替硬脂酸锌(ZnSt)作为润滑剂的制造工艺,研究了AKL添加方式及添加的AKL质量分数对含钆粉末混合均匀性、铀钆固溶行为、降密系数及杂质元素C含量的影响。结果表明:采用最终混料时添加AKL及人工清理混料器容器壁的操作工艺,可有效保证含钆粉末的混料均匀性,添加AKL对铀钆固溶行为没有影响;当AKL降密系数约为3、质量分数小于0.5%时,由AKL带入的杂质元素C能充分分解、挥发,随尾气排出,满足生产要求。验证实验表明:添加AKL后批量制备的UO_2-Gd_2O_3芯块可满足技术要求件,从而证明了该工艺的可行性。
        The process using Acrawax C(AKL)instead of zinc stearate as lubricant in the manufacture of UO_2-Gd_2O_3 pellets is put forward.The effects of the adding method of AKL and the mass fraction of AKL on the mixed homogeneity of UO_2-Gd_2O_3 powder,the uranium-gadolinium solid solubility,the density reduction coefficient,and the content of carbon(C)are studied.The results show that the homogeneity of UO_2-Gd_2O_3 powder can be effectively guaranteed by adding AKL to the final mixture and manual cleaning of the container wall of the mixer.The addition of AKL has no effect on the uranium-gadolinium solid solubility(gadolinium clumps).When the density reduction coefficient of AKL in UO_2-Gd_2O_3 pellets is 3,and the mass fraction of AKL is less than 0.5%,the carbon content which brought by AKL can be disintegrated,volatilized and discharged with tail gas to meet the production requirements.The validation experiments show that the UO_2-Gd_2O_3 pellets prepared in batches after adding AKL meet the technical requirements.It proved that the process is feasible.
