摘要

随着经济的飞速发展和机动车的普及,城市的空气污染、噪音侵蚀、交通拥堵以及能源消耗成了社会关注的焦点问题,大城市人口的幸福度逐渐降低。为促进社会与环境的和谐,实现城市的可持续发展,城市绿色交通应运而生。本文通过分析绿色交通实行的必要性,提出了兰州市需从完善政策法律保障、落实监督与管理、加强绿色交通的宣传与教育三个方面进行探索,为兰州市发展绿色交通、实现社会与环境的和谐提供了保障。
        With the rapid development of economy and the popularization of motor vehicles, air pollution, noise erosion,traffic congestion and energy consumption in cities have become the focus of social concern, and the happiness of the population in big cities has gradually decreased. In order to promote the harmony between society and environment and realize the sustainable development of cities, urban green transportation emerges as the times require. By analyzing the necessity of implementing green traffic, this paper puts forward that Lanzhou should explore from three aspects: improving policy and legal
