摘要
我国高等教育正在推进以本科为本、全面提升人才培养质量,致力于内涵式发展。在此要求下,本科生全程导师制在服务学生健康成长、提高人才培养质量等方面的优势日益明显。2014年以来,江苏科技大学生物技术学院利用蚕业研究所的科研资源,积极推行本科生全程导师制,在对机制优化、制度完善、奖惩政策等方面进行了深入的调查与研究。
China's higher education is advancing undergraduate-based, comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training, and is committed to connotative development. Under this requirement, the undergraduate full-course tutor system has increasingly obvious advantages in serving students' healthy growth and improving the quality of personnel training. Since 2014, the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology Biotechnology College has actively promoted undergraduates using the research resources of the Sericulture Research Institute. Throughout the mentoring system, in-depth investigation and research on mechanism optimization, system improvement and reward and punishment policies has been made.
