摘要
介绍了一种轴向磁通盘式无铁心永磁同步电机及基本运行原理,根据基本理论对采用分布式集中绕组电机的电磁转矩进行了计算.基于电机的三维有限元模型主要针对电机的三维磁场分布、电磁转矩特性进行了研究,并与传统的有铁心永磁同步电机进行了详细的对比分析,总结了此类电机参数和转矩特性的一些特点.最后通过实验对本文的仿真结果进行了论证,证明了仿真方法的有效性.
An axial flux ironless permanent magnetic synchronous motor(AFIPMSM)is introduced in this paper.The electromagnetic torque of AFIPMSM with concentratedcoil overlapping windings is evaluated based on theoretical analysis.The magnetic field distribution and other quantities of performance were studied by 3-D electromagnetic finite-element analysis(FEA),and the results were compared with the conventional motors with iron core.Experimental results verified the analysis values and the desired performance.
