计算机网络对中学生的影响及对策研究

摘要
网络不仅是一种技术与社会现实,更是一种文化现实,网络本身就是一种新兴文化形态;二是文化是以网络的形态存在和发展的,人无时无刻不生活在文化之网中,网络文化是人类文化发展的网络化形态的最典型体现。
网络是自印刷术发明以来人类最伟大的媒体,它突破了任何组织、民族及国家的限制,成为一种多元性的世界广化,它的快速发展在人们生活的各个领域正产生越来越重要的影响。我们可以传送电子邮件,发行电子出版物,发布各种信息。另外,电子商务、网上医院、网络学校、网上银行的出现,可以使人们通过因特网求医问药、拜师学艺、交纳各种费用等。因特网的用途还在发展中,终会有一天人类生活的所有方面都会离不开它。网络文化对人类生活的渗透,也就加快、加大了网络文化对人类的影响。网络文化首先改变了人类的思维方式,人们的思维方式将从传统的线性思维逐渐向非线性网络思维转变。网络给人们提供了一个平等的自由空间,人们的思维在网络的世界里可以自由飞扬,随意遐想,人们的想象力将得到极大的发挥。网络还改变了人的交流方式,改变了人与世界的关系,交流和沟通出现了更多的途径和可能性,延伸着人类的现实生活。
网络文化对人的负面影响波及范围也非常之广,当然对于作为社会一分子的青少年同样要受到影响。各种信息垃圾会弱化青少年的道德意识,他们长期面对电脑,使用网络上流行的网络语言,“提笔忘字”的现象时有发生,最严重的是最近出现的“网瘾”问题,与其他人完全没有交流,沉迷在网络的世界里,造成学业的荒废。
社会需要建构具有现代网络精神的网络伦理、培养健康、全面的网络人格。“技术的进步给了人们以更大的信息支配能力,也要求人们更严格地控制自己的行为。要建立一个‘干净'的互联网络,需要法律和技术上的不断完备,还需要网络中每个人的自律和自重。”让我们每一个崇尚科学、热爱生活的人一起努力营造一个健康网络文化。网络既给我们教育者提供了机遇,也给我们提出了挑战,面对网上针对青少年的各种思想文化的争夺,我们教育者必须增强忧患意识和紧迫感,牢牢掌握宏观导向的主动权,确立网络环境中主流价值观的主导地位,通
The network, is not only a kind of technical and social actuality,but also a kind of culture actuality, newly arisen cultural appearance;On the other hand, the appearance existence and development of cultureare in a form of network, because every person lives in the net of theculture, the network culture is the typical model of the development ofmankind cultural. In a word, " the culture( characteristic) of thenetwork" and " the network( appearance) of the culture".
The network is the greatest medium of mankind since the invention ofprinting. It broke the restriction of any organization, race and nations,becoming a kind of pluralistic world culture. Its fast development isproducing more and more important influence at each realm of our life.We can deliver the E-mail, issue electronic publication, release variousinformation. Moreover, it can make people use the Internet to see thedoctor, ask all kinds of questions and learn various skills, hand overvarious expenses etc. The use of Internet is still in the development,eventually one day all aspects of the life of mankind will not get awayfrom it. The network culture is more and more connected to our life, it'saffecting human life in a fast and broad way. The network culture changedthe mankind's mode of thinking first, the people's mode of thinking willshift from the traditional line thinking gradually to network thinking.The network provided an equal free space for people, the people's thinkingcan float freely in the world of the network, fancying at will, thepeople's imagination power is largely extended. The network also changedpeople's communication method, the relation between people and the world.We have more paths and possibilities to exchange and communicate withothers in our realistic life.
The negative influence of the web is widely spread among all membersof our society, including the teenagers. Various junk information willweaken the teenagers' moral consciousness, because they spend too muchtime on the Internet. The “network language” could cause them to “liftthe pen to forget the word. Recently “the net addiction” problem becomemore serious. Some teenagers are completely isolated with the others andaddicted to the cyber world of the network, resulting in the dilapidationof the education.The society needs to construct the network ethics, with modern networkspirit and cultivate healthy, overall network personality .The technicalprogress gave people greater information domination ability, also requestthe people to control own behavior more strictly. To build up a cleanInternet needs not only continuous improvement of law, but alsoeveryone's self-discipline and self-respect. Let us, with passion forlife and science, work hard to construct a healthy network culturetogether. The network provided our educators with opportunity as well aschallenge. We must spare no efforts to control the active power of themacroscopic direction, build the predominant position of the essentialvalue and construct the good network moral atmosphere through right publicopinion direction. We should establish healthy network order to guideteenage students to use the good network in order to make negativeinfluence of the network as low as possible.
