复杂产品数字样机多性能耦合分析与仿真的若干关键技术研究及其应用

摘要
现代复杂产品通常涵盖了多个学科领域的知识,其性能主要体现在机械场(运动轨迹)、位移场(应力应变)、温度场、电磁场、流场等物理场的变化中。产品性能分析技术越来越重视将多种不同的物理场计算方法综合起来,对产品进行多性能耦合分析已成为当前工程领域的热点研究问题。与此同时,产品客户对产品的功能、性能、规格和品种不断提出新的要求。如何采用多元化、个性化、多品种的产品定制设计开发出符合客户需求且性能指标优良的产品是目前企业亟待解决的问题。本文系统地研究了复杂产品数字样机多性能耦合分析与仿真的若干关键技术,根据研究成果进行了原型系统的开发,并应用到有关的科研项目中。
     第一章首先综述了将数字样机技术应用到产品多性能耦合分析与仿真的若干关键使能技术,介绍了这些技术的研究及应用发展现状,讨论了目前存在的问题。提出了方法研究的意义及研究内容。
     第二章提出了面向客户多性能模糊需求的产品定制设计技术。针对客户需求多样性、模糊性的特点,采用结构化方式表达模糊需求。建立“客户需求—技术参数—设计参数”之间的映射关联,快速构建出大致满足客户需求的产品定制设计参数表,用于指导定制产品的配置,为建立产品数字样机模型进行性能仿真验证打下基础;
     第三章提出了面向多性能仿真的产品数字样机组件化建模及重用技术。根据产品的定制设计参数,提出基于仿真组件的方法用于快速构建出产品数字样机仿真模型。在此基础上,建立产品设计参数与技术参数之间的互驱动关联,用于提高仿真模型的可重用性
     第四章介绍了产品数字样机人机交互性能仿真中高保真度力反馈生成方法。通过动力学预计算、快速反馈力拟合生成、多更新率伺服之间耦合与同步、基于计算负载平衡模型的计算资源动态分配、动力学积分步长优化等方式,增强了触觉交互控制下产品数字样机动力学仿真的反馈力生成的稳定性、实时性与精确性;
     第五章对多物理场异构有限元网格与结果数据的耦合方法及其集成仿真可视化技术进行了研究.通过网格信息拓扑关联、过渡网格模型的三维重构、异构有限元仿真结果与几何特征的关联映射等方式,实现了多物理异构有限元数据的信息交换及其在虚拟环境中的集成可视化仿真;
     第六章介绍了开发的复杂产品数字样机多性能耦合分析仿真平台,阐述了平台中的核心功能模块和开发技术。以多种实际产品作为应用实例。
     第七章,总结了本文的研究成果,并给出了今后研究工作的方向。
Modern complex product commonly includes multidisciplinary knowledge, which performance mainly is embodied by the changes of mechanical field (motion track), displacement field (stress and strain), thermal field, electromagnetic field and fluent field. The integration of multi-physics field is more and more important in the analytical technology of product performance. Now it becomes the hot issue in the research of engineering domain. On the other hand, the customer's requirement of product is increasing continually, which is interrelated to the function, performance, specification and variety of complex product. It is a desiderate problem that how to use the customize design technique to develop a product which meets the customer's requirement and the performance is eligible. This paper researches the theory and method of multi-performance coupling and simulation of digital mock-up of complex product. A digital mock-up simulation prototype system is developed. The theory and method suggested have been successfully applied to some research projects, good results have been achieved.
     Chapter one first summarizes the key enabled techniques for multi-performance coupling and simulation of digital mock-up of complex product, and then introduces the actuality of the research and application of it. The existent problem is discussed. The research's significance and the contents are presented.
     Chapter two introduces the methodology of customize design to the multi-performance and fuzzy customer's requirement of product. According to the diversity and fuzzy of customer's requirement, the fuzzy requirement is represent by structural mode. The mapping relationship between customer's requirement to technical parameters and technical parameters to design parameters are set up. Then the customize design parameters table can be founded quickly to meet the customer's requirement primarily. It is used to configure the product and prepared to the performance simulation of virtual prototype of product.
     Chapter three gives a methodology of component modeling and reuse to the multi-performance simulation of digital mock-up. According to the customize design parameters, a simulation component modeling is used to build the virtual prototype of product quickly. Based on this method, the design parameters and technical parameters are mapped to an bidirectional driven mode, so that the reusability of simulation model is improved.
     Chapter four carries out the research of high fidelity force feedback in the simulation of interaction of human-machine in virtual prototyping. The dynamic behavior of product is analyzed beforehand. Then a quickly and imprecise feedback force is fitted. According to the coupling and synchronization of multi-rate serve loops, the dynamical distribution of computer resource and the optimization of integral step of dynamic solution, the stability, real-time and accuracy of force feedback in the dynamic simulation of virtual prototyping with haptic interaction is strongly improved.
     Chapter five researches the visualization of simulation of multi-physics field with the coupled of heterogeneous finite element mesh. The topological information is extracted from the meshes. According to the information, a transitional mesh is built. The nodes of each heterogeneous mesh are coupled and mapped by the coordinates of each other. Then, the geometry model of transitional mesh is rendered in virtual environment and the mapping of physical attributes of nodes to geometry points is set up..
     Chapter six develops the prototype system for digital mock-up multi-Performance coupling and simulation platform and applies it into the practical product design. Several products as the application examples are experimented on the platform.
     Chapter seven summarizes the research results of this paper, and gives the way for further research.
