高硬度材料激光熔覆钴基合金技术研究

摘要
本论文在GCr15轴承钢表面上,采用预置涂层法在基材表面预置金属Co基粉末,通过不同的激光工艺参数对涂层表面进行多道搭接激光熔覆试验研究,进行了参数优化,获得了最佳的激光熔覆工艺参数。并且借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损实验机等仪器设备对不同功率和不同扫描速度下熔覆层的组织结构进行了研究。研究结果表明:激光熔覆钴基粉末可以获得宏观质量好、无裂纹、气孔等缺陷且与基体呈冶金结合的熔覆层;激光熔覆层的硬度比基材的硬度有提高,抗磨损性能提高了2倍,激光熔覆层的组织紧密,覆层质量优良。
In this paper,laser cladding of Co-base powder were investigated in order to improve the property of GCr15 steel. The experiments of multitrack laser-clad coating were made by deferent parameters. And the best parameters were found through optimizing it. The structure of cladding tissues were analyzed formed by deferent power and deferent scanning velocities. the microstructure,hardness,of laser cladding specimens were studied by using SEM、TEM、EDS、XRD、micro-hardness tester and wear tester.
     The results showed that the cladding layer without of pores and cracks can be obtained, and an excellent bonding between the cladding layer and the substrate was gotten with a strong metallurgical interface by parameters optimizing of. The anti-weariness property of laser cladding layer is improved 2 times, also its hardness is improved. The microstructure of laser cladding layer was in good quality with tight tissues.
