多源空间信息组织发布平台构建与应用

摘要
空间信息的多样性、动态性、异构性、海量性、分布性等都对传统的互联网环境下空间信息服务提出了新的挑战。特别是在国家级行业部门内的地理空间信息系统建设中,往往呈现出一个广域网范围内、横向跨地区、纵向跨多级管理部门的松散分布状态。为了有效的组合这些资源,实现一体化的管理和使用,避免重复建设带来的资源浪费,迫切需要对这些网络上松散分布的地理空间信息资源进行有效组织,构建一个多源空间信息组织发布平台,并在该平台基础上形成一个可以快速应用开发的开发框架。
     本文主要从多源空间信息组织发布平台的数据组织、缓存技术、数据显示技术、数据组织发布平台构建与实现四个方面做了重点讨论研究,主要的内容包括:
     针对海量栅格化空间信息的分布式存储与松散组织问题,基于虚拟四叉树模型的多级海量空间数据的松散组织体系(Loose Architecture of Multi-level Massive Geospatial Data Based on Virtual QuadTree),通过QuadServer管理软件对广域网范围内的海量栅格化空间信息的分布式存储、组织与共享。
     本文通过对GeoBeans IMS的研究,利用IMS管理矢量数据,屏蔽了后台数据库的差异,提供统一的访问接口,实现对矢量数据的管理。
     在本文的研究过程中,充分利用缓存技术的特点,对客户端和服务器端均做了缓存。在客户端显示上,本文利用Java Applet、Flash作为GIS客户端显示插件,封装成利于用户开发的JavaScript接口,最终均达到良好的实践效果。
     综合以上技术的实践,研究多源空间信息组织发布平台构建技术方法之后,结合SpringSide的理解,在此基础上提出多源空间信息组织发布平台的构建方法。并以此平台快速开发了多个GIS应用。
     本文通过详细描述海量空间数据组织发布关键技术,针对目前流行基于Java EE的B/S架构和WebGIS的研究,基于松散耦合的思想,构建基于松散耦合地图服务的多源空间信息组织发布平台原型系统,实现对多源空间信息的组织发布管理。
With the rapid development of computer network technologies and distributed computing technologies, geographic information systems are being migrated to popular, distributed, and web-based geospatial information services. The characteristics of diversity, dynamic, heterogeneity, massive data volume and distribution of geospatial information under Internet environment are challenging the traditional geospatial information services. In particular industry sectors in the national geo-spatial information systems within the building, often showing a wide area network within the regional horizontal and vertical multilevel management across the loose distribution. In order to effectively combine these resources to achieve integrated management and use, to avoid duplication caused by the waste of resources, the urgent need for these loose distribution network of geospatial information resources in an effective organization to construct a multisource spatial information Organizing and Distributing platform, and the platform can be formed on the basis of a development framework for rapid application development.
     In this paper, it include that Organizing and Distributing spatial data from multiple sources, cache, data display, building the platform of Organizing and Distributing focus on four aspects of the study, the main contents include:
     For realizing the massive rasterized geospatial data storage and manage, this research discusses a theory of Loose Architecture of Multi-level Massive Geospatial Data Based on Virtual Quadtree, Managing the spatial raster data is distrubuted in the Wide Area Network(WAN) by QuadServer.
     This paper is applied GeoBeans IMS to management the geo-spatial data. It put the differences in shielding the back-end database, and providing a unified development interface to developers.
     In the course of this study, using the characteristics of cache technologics, had cached on both client and server side. In the technology of Map-Display in the client, this research select Applet and Flash to display map as GIS client, and provide a series of SDK for development.
     Practice the above techniques to study the multi-source spatial information organization technology road construction after the release platform, combined with SpringSide understanding, based on the proposed multi-source spatial information Organizing and distributing platform construction method. And increase the efficiency of development GIS application base on this platform.
     In this paper, it has a detailed description of the key technology of multi-source spatial data Organizing and distributing. Based on the Java EE development framework, B / S structure and WebGIS study, based on loosely coupled ideas, build maps based on loosely coupled multi-source Organizing and distributing spatial information platform, and Implementation of the multi-source spatial information organization.
