基于嵌入式WEB技术的视频监控系统的构建

摘要
传统的模拟视频监控由于在成本、部署灵活性等方面固有的缺陷,己无法满足社会发展的要求。采用最新的嵌入式理念,通过网络通信技术,实现视频监控系统的数字化、网络化,逐渐成为视频监控发展的主流。
     嵌入式视频Web服务器将摄像机送来的视频信号数字化后由高效压缩芯片压缩,通过内部总线送到内置的Web服务器,网络上用户可以直接用浏览器观看Web服务器上的摄像机图像,授权用户还可以控制摄像机、云台、镜头的动作或对系统配置进行操作。依托中国电信运营平台,将嵌入式web技术与计算机网络结合,使大规模的、大范围的联网视频监控成为可能。
     论文研究了基于Web技术的嵌入式网络视频监控系统的整体构建,主要工作包括:
     一、构建了基于TCP/IP协议的嵌入式Web服务器,通过以太网实现了视频数据的远程传输。利用电信IP网络及多协议标签交换技术(MPLS)虚拟专用网(VPN)网络的技术,结合电信“全球眼”视频监控运营平台,以全球眼网络视频监控系统的服务控制管理中心,控制整个监控系统的运行,完成远端视频监控图像的接入、交换、转发、分发、画面分割等工作,并对所有系统设备工作状态监视管理并负责响应相关设备的命令请求,发出控制指令到指定设备动作。
     二、对系统的技术架构方面进行详细的分析,对系统总体结构、业务功能和特点、系统安全、系统存储解决方案、网络传输等进行论证,提出一种新的网络视频监控系统设计方案,组成一个基于以太网的嵌入式网络视频监控系统,在用户端使用浏览器就可以进行视频监控。
     论文以江苏省出入境检验检疫局电子监管视频监控系统为案例,详细描述了系统的实现。目前该系统己经成功运行于以太网系统上,得到了良好的推广和产生了显著的经济效益。
Traditional analog video surveillance because of the cost of deployment flexibility inherent defects, has been unable to meet the requirements of social development. The idea of using the latest embedded, network communications technology, digital video surveillance systems, networking, video surveillance is becoming the mainstream of development.
     Embedded video web server is a video server with compresses video signal sent from camera to digital ones by highly efficient compression chip, and send them to the built-in web server through internal bus. Network users can directly use the browser to watch the camera image on web server, Authorized users can even control the camera, the cloud platform and the actions of camera lens, or operate the system configuration. Relies on "Global Eye" video surveillance operating platform, combines embedded web technology and computer networks, and makes a large-scale and far going network of video surveillance possibly.
     The thesis describes the whole development of embedded network video surveillance system based on the web technology, Its main tasks are:
     One、The thesis also concerns the build of embedded web server based on the TCP/IP protocol, and Long-distance transmission of the video data by ethernet. At the same time,It utilizes the technologies of IP telecommunications network, multi-protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and virtual private network (VPN), combined with "Global Eye" video surveillance operation platform of China Telecom , to control the running of whole monitoring system at the center of service control and management of "Global Eye" network video system, acomplishing the access, exchange, forwarding, distribution, split screen of remote video surveillance images, monitors and manages the work states of all systems and equipment and is responsible for the response of the requests of related equipments, and sends control actions to the designated equipments.
     Two、And analyses the technical structure in details, and carries out feasibility studies to the system overall structure, functions and features, security, storage solutions, and transmission network. The thesis advances a new network video surveillance system design: by connecting to the internet through the Ethernet interface, to form a network Ethernet-based embedded video surveillance systems, so the use of the client browser can be conducted video surveillance.
     The thesis is followed by solutions for the case of electronic monitoring video surveillance system of JIANGSU ENTRY-EXIT INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE BUREAU, is described systematic realization detailedly. At present the system has been successfully operated in the Ethernet, and has got a good promotion and significant economic benefits.
