基于路径规划的成品油运输监控技术研究与实现

摘要
以计算机为核心的信息技术的高速发展,为油库、加油站的现代化管理创造了有利条件,但对油罐车在运输途中的监控和管理,长期属于空白状态。储运销售分公司作为负责油田成品油销售的企业,管理着45座加油站,年销售成品油35万多吨,这些成品油需要从成品油总站通过油罐车配送到各加油站,由于各加油站分布在整个大庆市区,如何高效率的实现成品油的及时配送,节约物流成本,保障运油过程中车辆的安全,就成为目前面临的课题。
     本文基于路径规划技术,并综合应用GPS卫星定位技术、GPRS通信技术、GIS地理信息系统等先进技术,设计实现成品油运输导航监控技术,对油罐车进行实时监控,并对成品油配送罐车进行合理的路径规划,减少油罐车在道路上的逗留时间,提高配送效率,节约运输成本,保障各加油站成品油的及时供应。
     路径规划技术是车载导航系统的核心部分,也是本文的研究重点,其中路径规划算法的设计与研究是路径规划的核心,因此本文重点介绍了路径规划的两种算法,即经典的Dijkstra算法和启发式搜索算法A*算法,并根据实际需要对A*算法进行了优化。
     最后,通过上述技术的综合应用,实现了对成品油运输罐车的路径规划导航和运行监控,保证了成品油运输的效率和车辆与油品的安全。该技术在石油、化工及其他物流输送等行业中均具有广阔的应用前景,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The development of information technology has enhanced the level of modern management in oil storge and transportion company, but it is still in blank state in the field of monitoring on oil transporting vehicle.The oil storge&transportion subcompany of Daqing oilfield Co ltd.,manages forty-five gas stations and sales 0.35 million tons of product oil one year. All of these oil must be distributed from the product oil storge to these gas stations. These gas stations lie in different districts in Daqing city area, so how to transport these product oil efficiently and safely is the task we confront.
     This paper bases on path planing technic, and uses synthetically the Global Positioning System(GPS), General Packet Radio Service(GPRS), Geographical Information System(GIS), designs the navigation and mornitoring system of oil vehicle. The system can provide reasonable path planing for the oil vehicle, and make the distribution and transporting of oil more efficiently and safely.
     The path planing is the core technique in vehicle navigation system and monitoring system. This paper emphasizes on the two algorithms,the Dijkstra algorithm and the A* algorithm , and optimizes the A* algorithm according to the application reality.
     Through the integrative application of these techniques above mentioned, the system realizes the path planing and monitoring for oil vehicles, make the transportion of oil efficiently and securily. The system can not only be used in oil transporting field, it can also be applied to other product distribution field and has remarkable economic and society effectiveness.
