我国石油公司国际资本运作研究

摘要
随着世界经济的发展,石油和天然气作为重要的战略资源,其重要性与日俱增。20世纪90年代以来,国外主要的跨国石油公司通过兼并、收购和资产重组等资本运营手段极大地提高了其公司的整体规模和运营能力,提高了全球化的竞争能力,扩大了市场占有率。与此同时,我国石油供需矛盾的日益加大,国外油气依存度日益上升,我国石油公司实施国际资本运作策略,是保障国家石油安全乃至国家经济安全的必然选择。
本文首先概述研究的背景、研究目的和意义、研究方法及内容。其次论述资本运作的相关理论。其次进行我国石油公司资本运作现状与分析,阐述了我国石油公司资本运作发展历程及现状,分析加强我国石油公司国际资本运作研究的必要性。再次进行国外石油公司资本运作实践及总结,从案例中总结国外石油公司资本运作经验及对我国石油公司的启示。再次探讨我国石油公司国际资本运作模式选择,从进入模式、资本配置和投资结构上进行分析。再次提出完善我国石油公司国际资本运作的对策与建议。最后是结论,总结创新点及后续研究的内容。
With the development of world economy, oil and natural gas as an important strategicresource, its growing importance. Since the 90s of the 20th century, the major foreignmultinationa l oil companies through mergers, acquisitions and asset restructuring and othermea ns of capital operation has greatly increased its overa ll size and operation of thecompany's ability to improve globa l competitiveness, expand market share. At the same time,China's growing oil supply and dema nd contradiction, the rising dependence on foreign oil,our oil companies operating strategy for the implementation of internationa l capital, is theprotection of nationa l oil security and even nationa l economic security, the inevitable choice.
This article begins with an overview of the background, purpose and mea ning, methodand content. Second, the theory of capital operation discussed. Secondly, current situation inour country's oil capital, operation and analysis, elaborated on China's oil capital operation andDevelopment, analyzed to enhance the operation of China's oil companies the need forinternationa l capital. Again practice and operation of foreign oil capital sum, sum up the caseof foreign oil companies from operating experience and capital to the Chinese oil companiesin China. China's oil companies to further explore the internationa l capital operation modeselection, from the entry model, capital alloca tion and investment structure for analysis. Againimprove the operation of our oil companies to internationa l capital measures and suggestions.Finally, the conclusions summa rize the follow-up study of innovation and the content.
