钣金类零件制造数模快速设计技术研究与实现

摘要
当前,作为连接钣金零件设计与制造的制造工艺信息在很大程度上还要依靠工艺设计人员手工完成添加,过程繁琐、效率低下、准确性差,直接影响新机研制周期。针对以上问题以及目前企业中所采用三维CAD软件为保证其通用性所造成的其针对性相对不足的问题,论文通过对钣金件制造数模快速建模技术的研究,提出了基于快速的钣金件制造数模的智能化、标准化及模块化设计的方法,以达到大幅度缩短模线及制造数据设计周期,提高数据源品质的目的。
     通过对企业中制造数模设计平台——三维设计软件CATIA的建模原理进行深入的分析和研究,得出可以通过对CATIA相关模块进行二次开发可以实现制造数模快速规范设计的结论。
     论文中对CATIA二次开发进行了详细分析和研究,总结了CATIA的开发方式,重点研究了基于CAA组件的开发。并以实例的形式展现了CAA的强大功能。
     在对数字化制造环境下钣金类零件制造数模设计技术的研究的基础上,总结工艺人员的经验,形成一套制造数据集设计规范。对钣金类零件制造工艺信息进行了总结归类,在此基础上完成了钣金类零件制造数据集快速设计系统的总体规划。开发了相应的快速设计功能,如工艺耳片快速设计、工艺余量快速添加,二维展开数据集等。利用CAA本身强的的交互设计功能开发了更简单、更人性化的交互界面。
     针对钣金件的制造数据集快速设计系统的实现,为公司工艺设计数字化奠定了一定的基础,适应繁重的军民机研制任务工作,缩短工艺设计和工艺准备周期,对新机研制的进度和质量的提高具有重要意义。
Currently, as a connection between design and manufacture of metal sheet parts, manufacturing process information should be added in through the handwork of process designers. In the way of handwork,which can lead the tedious process, poor efficiency,bad veracity,directly influenced the development cycle of new aircraft. Focus on the problem above and the problem of lacking pertinence of three-dimension CAD software which guarantee its commonality, this paper developed the intelligentized,standardized and modularized design method through the research of metal sheet parts’manufacturing process information’fast modeling technology. Through this method, the design cycle has been cut down substantially and the quality of data source has been increased.
     Through the in-depth analysis and research on the three-dimensional design software CATIA, a platform for manufacturing model’s designing in enterprises, it can be concluded that through secondary development of the CATIA corresponding module, the manufacturing model’s fast and standardized design can come true.
     This paper has analysed and researched secondary development on CATIA detailedly, Summarised the way for CATIA secondary development, focused on the development based on CAA, showed the powerful features of CAA through examples.
     Based on the research on sheet metal parts manufacturing digifax design technology in digital manufacturing environment, process designers’experiences have be summarised and manufacturing data set design standard has been formed.Based on the summary of sheet metal parts’manufacturing process information, the general plan of sheet metal manufacturing data set fast design system has been completed. A series of fast design functions such as process auricle fast design,process allowance fast accession, two-dimension unwind data set have been developed.An easier and more humanistic interactive interface has been developed by using the powerful interactive design function of CAA.
     The accomplish of metal sheet manufacturing data set fast design system, laid a foundation to enterprise process design’s numeralization,adapted to heavy development effort of military and civil aircraft,cut down the cycle of process design and process preperation, had an important significance on the improvement of new aircraft development progress and quality.
