减速机企业的ERP系统架构及关键技术研究

摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,如何加强企业内控,再造企业业务流程,重新梳理企业管理脉络,优化企业管理机制显得越来越重要。为了提高企业管理水平,企业必须采用先进的管理工具,运用信息化的手段对其整个生产运作实施有效的管理。在科学技术高速发展的今天,采用ERP可以很好的解决信息化管理的问题。本文根据ERP基本理论以及应用现状的分析,根据减速机企业实际需求,进行ERP需求分析,在此基础上开发设计适合该企业ERP系统,并验证其可行性,同时在物料清单的生成上采用SolidWorks二次开发技术,实现BOM自动生成以替代传统的手工输入BOM。具体的研究内容如下:
     (1)关于ERP的基本理论研究。对ERP的研究背景以及其应用现状进行分析,将国内外各大供应商的软件进行对比分析,找出国内外软件的优点及不足,为接下来的具体软件开发设计提供借鉴;
     (2)根据企业实际状况开发设计ERP,实现ERP的个性化定制。在对ERP应用现状以及基本理论进行分析的基础上,根据企业的自身情况,针对企业当前存在的问题,进行了ERP需求分析,在此基础上开发设计了适合企业的ERP软件;
     (3)以实例订单的完整流程验证整个ERP系统的可行性。将整个ERP划分为系统管理与维护模块、基础数据管理模块、销售管理模块、采购管理模块、仓库管理模块、质量管理模块、生产管理模块,并介绍了每个模块的设计过程。着重研究了生产管理模块的设计过程,并通过实例订单的完整流程介绍整个ERP系统的实现,从而验证该ERP系统的可行性;
     (4)实现BOM自动生成技术。针对物料清单手工编制容易出错这一问题,进行了基于SolidWorks平台的BOM表自动生产技术研究,利用API技术实现ERP系统与CAD系统集成,从而实现系统物料清单的自动生成。
In the fierce market competition, how to strengthen internal control, business process reengineering, re-combing business management context, and optimize enterprise management mechanism becomes increasingly important. In order to improve enterprise management level, companies must adopt advanced management tools, the means of using information technology of its entire production operation to implement effective management. The rapid development of science and technology today, using ERP can solve information management problems. According to the analysis of basic theory and application of ERP, and consider the actual needs of enterprises, make the ERP needs analysis, develope and design the ERP system, and verify its feasibility, while the list of materials generated on the use of SolidWorks secondary development of technology, automatic generation of BOM to replace the traditional manual input BOM. Specific study as follows:
     (1)The basic theoretical research on the ERP. Research on the background and application status of ERP, analyzed the major domestic suppliers of software to identify the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign software, reference for the design of the ERP system;
     (2)According enterprise's actual state design ERP, implementation of ERP customization. Based on the analysis of the current applications situation and the basic theory of ERP, according to company's own conditions, and its currently existing problem, make the ERP needs analysis, development and design ERP software which appropriate for the company;
     (3)Examples of the complete order process verified the feasibility of the ERP system. Separate the entire ERP system into management and maintenance modules, basic data management module, sales management module, purchasing management module, warehouse management module, quality management module, the production management module, and describes the design process for each module. Focus on the production management module's design process, and through the order's complete process to verify the feasibility of the ERP system.
     (4) BOM automatic generation technology. For the manual input BOM error-prone issue, study BOM automatic generation technology based on SolidWorks platform, using API technology link ERP systems and CAD systems, achieve the system automatically generated BOM.
